Objective Of Haryana RTE Admission 2023-24

The main objective of admission is to provide free and compulsory education to all the children of the state. Through this scheme, 25% of seats will be reserved for economically weaker section children. So that each and every child gets an education. With the implementation of this scheme, students will not be required to depend on anyone for getting an education. This scheme will also improve the standard of living of the children. Literacy rates among economically backward class categories will also be improved. Other than that this scheme will also reduce child labor practices as children will go to school to study.

Benefits And Features Of Haryana RTE Admission

• The Government of Haryana provides admission to the economically backward children of the state in private schools.
• The government has reserved 25% of seats in all the private schools for economically weaker sections of students.
• The beneficiaries will get admission free of cost to these schools.
• The government is also going to establish a monitoring cell in order to track the implementation of the Haryana RTE Admission.

• Haryana government is running a Sports Nursery Scheme 2023-2024 for running of khel nursery by schools. Haryana Khel Nursery Yojana 2023-24 application form PDF is available to download from haryanasports.gov.in.
• Applications are invited from government, private educational institutions and private sports institutions for setting up sports nurseries in the state with the aim of promoting sports.
• Under the Haryana Khela Nursery Yojana 2023, the interested institutions of the state will have to submit their application to the District Sports and Youth Affairs Officer. The last date of application under this scheme is 20 January 2022. 

Haryana Khel Nursery Yojana Online Registration Process

Haryana Khel Nursery Yojana (हरियाणा खेल नर्सरी योजना) has been implemented by the Haryana Government to encourage the youth towards sports and to make them self-reliant. Under which sports will be promoted. Haryana Khel Nursery Scheme 2023-24 Application Form PDF is available to download from haryanasports.gov.in.

Terms and Conditions of Haryana Sports Nursery Scheme

• High School and Senior Secondary Schools have also been included under Haryana Sports Nursery Scheme.
• Not more than two nursery games shall be allotted in each school.
• The school should have a playground/court/and other sports facilities.
• Schools will have to conduct sports and physical fitness test/sports test for students in the age group of 8 to 19 years under the supervision of District Sports and Youth Affairs Officer.
• Sports Nursery can be opened in the sports disciplines played in the entire tournament of Olympic Games, Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, National Games etc.
• In case of any violation by the Sports Department, the scholarship can be withdrawn.
• The nursery will be regularly inspected and monitored by DSYAO.
• It will also be ensured by DSYAO that the nursery is being run as per the terms and conditions and funds are being spent as per the plan.
• Players have to keep themselves away from drugs and anti-social activities.
• The students have to attend the coaching level in sports nursery for at least 22 days in a month to get the scholarship amount.
• Sports kits will be provided to all trainees.
• Regular attendance of players and coaches will be recorded by the school.
• 25 students will be selected on the basis of examination.
• Apart from this, 25 students will be selected and placed in the waiting list.
• If any student leaves nursery for any reason, the vacancy will be filled by waiting list.
• If at any time the number of students falls below 20 the nursery will be closed.

Reimbursement of Expenses on Sports Equipment / Consumables

Upto Rs. 1.00 lakh per year will be reimbursed to the School for expenses incurred on sports equipment/consumables. The purchase will be supervised by the Deputy Commissioner/or his representative(s). 

Scholarship/Diet Money provided under Khel Nursery Scheme

Scholarship will be provided by the Haryana Government to all the trainees every month. This scholarship amount will be disbursed by DSYAO in their bank every month. To get the scholarship, the student has to submit his/her name, father’s name, date of birth, aadhaar number, mobile number and attested copy of the attendance register. The scholarship will be awarded as follows:-

• For students of 8 to 14 years – Rs 1500 per month
• For students of 15 to 19 years – Rs 2000 per month

Honorarium to Coaches under Haryana Khel Nursery Yojana

Under Haryana Khel Nursery Yojana, honorarium to coaches will be given as under:-

• Rs. 25000 per month for Coaching Diploma holders from NIS Patiala or any Institute recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports as equivalent to NIS, Patiala; and
• Rs. 20000 per month for M.P.Ed or D.P.Ed or M.A. (Physical Education) or NIS Certificate Course in Coaching. In this case, the person must also be a national player in the concerned game.

The honorarium to the Coach will be paid by the school in his/her bank account. Thereafter, it will be reimbursed in the account of the School by the DSYAO, on submission of an application by the School, along with the receipt obtained from the coach regarding payment of the honorarium.

Coach Selection in Haryana Sports Nurseries Scheme

• The coach will be selected by the school.
• The qualification of the selected coach will be checked by the school from the concerned DSYAO.
• The responsibility of the DSYAO will be to ensure that only qualified coaches are appointed by the school as per the eligibility as per the terms and conditions.
• The school will be reimbursed ₹ 100000 per year for the expenditure on sports equipment and consumables.
• The procurement will be supervised by the Deputy Commissioner or his representative.
• The expenditure on sports equipment/consumables in the games approved by the school will be paid by DSYAO to the bank account of the school.
• This payment will be made after physical verification and verification of vouchers.
• After physical verification and checking of vouchers, an application will have to be submitted by the school in this regard, after which payment will be made.

Eligibility of Institutes under Sports Nursery Scheme 2023

• Government and private schools are eligible for the application of sports nursery under the scheme.
• Not more than 2 sports nursery can be opened in a school. 
• The school applying for Sports Nursery should have playground, hall and other facilities for sports. 
• For selection in the sports nursery, the school will have to take sports and physical tests under the supervision of the District Sports Officer.
• 25 students will be selected through this test, and 25 students will be placed in the next waiting list.
• Sports kit will be provided to the players by the school.
• It is mandatory for the selected players in the sports nursery to take sports coaching for at least 22 days in a month for the scholarship. 
• Players have to follow the discipline.

• The Khel Nursery Scheme 2023 was launched by Sandeep Singh, Minister of State for Sports and Youth Affairs, Haryana State. 
• Under the scheme, sports nursery will be started in government-private educational institutions and private sports institutions, which will further enhance the talent of the youth of the state.
• Under the Sports Nursery Scheme, sports nurseries will be opened for the games included in the Olympic, Asian and Commonwealth Games.
• Haryana Sports Nursery Scheme is intended to popularize the sports at the grass-root level by utilizing the sports infrastructure / facilities in the institutions.
• Sports nursery selected players whose age is between 8 to 14 years. They will be given a scholarship of Rs 1500 per month.
