Artículo 1: La Nación Argentina Elige Como Forma De Gobierno El Sistema Representativo Republicano Federal Previsto En Esta Constitución.

El Gobierno Federal Respalda El Culto Apostólico Católico Romano, Según El Artículo 2.

Artículo 3 – Antes De La Federalización Del Territorio, Una O Más Legislaturas Provinciales Cedieron El Control Del Mismo Al Gobierno Federal, Que Tiene Su Sede En La Ciudad Que Se Designe Como Capital De La República Por Estatuto Especial Del Congreso.

El Artículo 4 Establece: “el Gobierno Federal Sufraga Los Gastos De La Nación Con Fondos Del Tesoro Nacional, Consistentes En El Producto De Los Derechos De Importación Y Exportación; De La Venta O Arrendamiento De Terrenos De Propiedad Nacional; De Los Ingresos Del Correo; De Las Demás Contribuciones Que Justa Y Proporcionalmente Imponga El Congreso General A La Población, Y De Los Empréstitos Y Operaciones Crediticias Que El Mismo Congreso Decrete Para Emergencias De La Nación O Para Empresas”.

El Artículo 5 Establece Que Cada Provincia Debe Establecer Su Propia Constitución Bajo Un Sistema Representativo Republicano, De Acuerdo Con Los Principios Rectores, Declaraciones Y Garantías De La Constitución Nacional, Y Para Asegurar La Administración De Justicia, El Gobierno Local Y La Educación Básica. El Gobierno Federal Asegura A Cada Provincia El Uso Y Disfrute De Sus Instituciones En Estas Circunstancias.

Artículo 6 – El Gobierno Federal Interviene En El Territorio Provincial Para Proteger La Forma Republicana De Gobierno, Repeler Invasiones Extranjeras Y, A Pedido De Los Representantes Debidamente Electos De Esas Autoridades, Para Defenderlas O Restaurarlas Si Hubieran Sido Derrocadas Por Sedición O Invasión Ajena. Provincia.

El Artículo 7 Establece: “Las Acciones Públicas Y Procedimientos Judiciales De Una Provincia Tienen Plena Confianza En Las Demás; Y El Congreso Podrá Establecer Por Legislación General Cuál Será La Forma Probatoria De Tales Actos Y Procedimientos, Así Como Las Implicaciones Jurídicas Que Tales Actos Y Los Procedimientos Crearán”.

Artículo 8: Todos Los Derechos, Beneficios E Inmunidades Que Corresponden A La Ciudadanía De Las Demás Provincias Están A Disposición De Los Habitantes De Cada Provincia. Todas Las Provincias Tienen El Deber Recíproco De Extraditar A Los Condenados.

Artículo 9 – Existirán Únicamente Aduanas Nacionales, Que Se Regirán Por Tarifas Aprobadas Por El Congreso, En Todo El Territorio Del País.

Artículo 10: Son Libres De Circular Dentro De La República Todas Las Mercancías Y El Comercio De Cualquier Tipo Que Hayan Sido Despachados En Aduanas Extranjeras, Incluso Los Que Hayan Sido Producidos O Fabricados En El País.

Artículo 11 – A Partir De Este Momento, No Podrá Imponerse Otro Derecho A Los Artículos De Producción O Fabricación Nacional O Extranjera, Así Como A Los Ganados De Todas Clases, Por El Hecho De Transitar El Territorio De Una Provincia A Otra. Esto Incluye Los Carruajes, Barcos O Animales En Los Que Son Transportados.

Artículo 12 – Los Buques Que Se Dirijan A Otra Provincia No Estarán Obligados A Entrar, Fondear Ni Pagar Derechos De Tránsito, Y Ningún Puerto Tendrá Precedencia Sobre Otro Por Las Normas O Reglamentos De Comercio.

Artículo 13: Se Pueden Admitir Nuevas Provincias En La Unión, Pero No Se Pueden Fundar Dentro De Los Límites De Las Provincias Existentes, Ni Se Pueden Combinar En Una Sola Provincia Sin La Aprobación Del Congreso Y Las Legislaturas De Las Provincias Respectivas.

De Acuerdo Con Las Leyes Que Rigen Su Ejercicio, Todos Los Ciudadanos De La Nación Son Titulares De Los Siguientes Derechos, Conforme A Lo Dispuesto En El Artículo 14: La Libertad De Entrar, Permanecer, Transitar Y Salir Del Territorio Argentino; El Derecho A Publicar Ideas En La Prensa Sin Censura Previa; El Derecho A Usar Y Disponer De Los Bienes Propios; La Libertad De Asociarse Con Fines Benéficos; La Libertad De Profesar La Propia Religión; Y La Libertad De Enseñar Y Aprender.

Artículo 14 Bis.- El Trabajo En Todas Sus Formas Estará Protegido Por La Ley, La Cual Garantizará Al Trabajador Lo Siguiente: Retribución Justa; Un Salario Mínimo Vital Móvil; Salario Igual Para Trabajos Iguales; Participación En Los Beneficios De La Empresa Con Control De La Producción Y Colaboración En La Dirección; Protección Contra El Despido Arbitrario; Estabilidad Del Empleado Público; Y Sindicatos Libres Y Democráticos.

Los Sindicatos Tienen Derecho A La Huelga, A Celebrar Convenios Colectivos Ya Recurrir A La Conciliación Y El Arbitraje. A Los Representantes Sindicales Se Les Brindarán Las Garantías Necesarias Para El Cumplimiento De Su Gestión Sindical Y Las Relacionadas Con La Seguridad De Su Puesto De Trabajo.

Los Pagos Del Seguro Social Serán Provistos Por El Gobierno Y No Serán Transferibles. La Ley Establecerá Específicamente Las Jubilaciones Y Pensiones Móviles, La Protección Integral De La Familia, La Defensa Del Patrimonio Familiar, La Compensación Económica Familiar Y El Acceso A Una Vivienda Digna.

La Seguridad Social Obligatoria Será Establecida Y Administrada Por Entidades Nacionales O Provinciales Con Autonomía Financiera Y Económica, Participación Del Estado Y Participación De Los Interesados.artículo 15 – No Hay Esclavos En La Nación Argentina;

Article 22: Aside From The Representatives And Powers Established By This Constitution, The People Do Not Decide Or Rule. Sedition Is A Felony Committed By Any Armed Group Or Assembly That Asserts Or Pleads For The Rights Of The People.

The Province Or Territory Where The Disruption Of Order Prevails Shall Be Proclaimed Under A State Of Siege, With Constitutional Protections Suspended There In The Case Of Internal Unrest Or A Foreign Assault That Jeopardises The Execution Of This Constitution And The Authorities Established By It. However, The President Of The Republic Won’t Be Allowed To Criticise Or Punish Himself During This Suspension. If They Do Not Want To Leave Argentine Territory, He Will Only Have The Authority To Arrest Them Or Move Them From One Location In The Country To Another.

Article 24 – The Congress Will Push For The Introduction Of Jury Trials And The Modification Of Present Laws In All Of Its Branches.

Article 25 – The Federal Government Will Promote Immigration From Europe And May Not Prohibit, Limit, Or Tax The Admission Of Foreigners Into Argentine Territory Who Come To Cultivate The Land, Improve Industries, And Introduce And Educate The Sciences And Arts.

Article 26 – All Flags Are Free To Navigate The Nation’s Interior Rivers, With The Exception Of Any Rules Established By The National Government.

Article 27 – Through Treaties That Adhere To The Public Law Principles Outlined In This Constitution, The Federal Government Is Required To Expand Its Links Of Commerce And Peace With Other Countries.

Article 28: The Laws Governing The Enjoyment Of The Rights, Guarantees, And Principles Outlined In The Preceding Paragraphs May Not Be Changed.
